What forms of payment do you accept?

Vanessa’s Choice requires online payment. We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Can Vanessa’s Choice give me advice on what products to choose?

What is your returns policy?

The customer must comply with the following conditions for Vanessa’s Choice to accept returned goods:

a) The customer must contact Vanessa’s Choice before the goods are sent back. vanessa@vanessaschoice.co.uk

b) The goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. If any of the products are received in an un-saleable condition (ie. opened or used) the customer will not be credited for the returned products. This is because we can no longer guarantee the quality of the product once you have opened it and so we cannot sell it to someone else.

c) If it is agreed with Vanessa’s Choice that the goods should be returned for a refund, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods. We recommend sending the goods back on a recorded service as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

d) The customer is liable to pay for delivery costs on returned goods.

e) If your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge you a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.

Can I purchase goods if I live outside the UK?

Delivery

How long will delivery of my order take?

Vanessa’s Choice endeavours to send out goods within 1-3 days. These times may vary depending on busy seasons and delivery timescale quoted is indicative only. We cannot guarantee despatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Please bear in mind if you have ordered products from the brand Hair Wonder, these items will arrive separately. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party

How much do you charge for postage and packing?

There is a flat rate of £3.50.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at vanessa@vanessaschoice.co.uk.

In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 7 days after despatch before contacting us.

In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The customer must contact Vanessa’s Choice before the goods are sent back.
